Tuesday’s endorsement of Hillary Clinton marked the  to Bernie Sanders’ campaign. The news left some feeling betrayed by his decision to support a candidate he so fervently campaigned against before, yet the long-awaited (and apparently ) move now signals ‘last call’ for Democrats to rally around their presumptive nominee. By contrast, Donald Trump, who again took to social media Tuesday to try and  (read: ) Bernie’s base, has for a while now enjoyed an arguably uncontested path to the Republican Convention. As this chapter closes on one of the more bizarre campaigns to-date, the real fun begins. Ahead of the conventions, we check in again with Democratic strategist Bob Shrum and Republican strategist Steve Schmidt for their thoughts on who the candidates will pick as their running mates.
