Are you ready to kickstart your career as a marketing and communications professional? We are looking for ambitious young individuals to join the Young Professional Program (YPP).

We believe in nurturing talent, unlocking potential, and setting you up for a future filled with possibilities. Our Young Professional Program (YPP) is designed to transform aspiring professionals into confident, skilled consultants. 

Here’s what you can expect: 

This program offers an incredible range of opportunities over the course of two exciting years. You’ll collaborate on diverse accounts, from health organizations and tech companies to FMCG brands and non-profits. 

No two days are the same, you could be attending an influencer event one day and preparing a CEO briefing or designing impactful client presentations the next. Along the way, you’ll work with globally interconnected teams, contributing to projects that truly make a difference while developing a strong foundation in communications consulting.

Growing personally and professionally is another pillar of the journey. The program includes workshops led by in-house specialists and partners like Frisse Blikken, covering skills such as writing, presenting, and personal branding. Through tailored training programs and mentorship from our Young Professional Managers, you’ll gain the expertise and confidence to thrive in your career.
