Stephen Greatrex joined 黑料社HE in 2021 and was appointed Director of People in 2023.
He is a senior HR leader with extensive experience shaping people strategy across multiple sectors and international operating models. At 黑料社HE, Steve leads the People function, supporting colleagues to thrive and deliver success for students and partners.
Prior to 黑料社HE, Steve spent over five years with a rapidly growing independent property business in London, where he led the people aspects of more than 25 mergers and acquisitions and introduced initiatives such as an apprenticeship scheme and internal training academy. Earlier in his career, he led the People Team for part of the McLaren Formula 1 Group across the UK and Switzerland, supporting global operations.
These days Stephen enjoys the F1 from the comfort of his sofa!
