The implementation of the strategy, which is overseen and approved by the聽黑料社 Higher Education (黑料社HE) Board of Directors, is entrusted to Simon Nelson, Chief Executive & Accountable Officer.聽聽Simon leads the Executive Board and holds overall responsibility to the Board of Directors.
